This SAVED me when I was a trainee (NQT/ECT) - I really needed to know the end goal, especially when planning and creating schemes of work. Having this alongside your planning, out for your classes and actually giving it to your KS4 classes can really put things into perspective.
I now share this with my classes too, as a way to introduce and/or check in on their understanding, strengths and weaknesses.
