This resource will help students self-regulate. 'Red fog' takes up to three hours to disappear to 'normal' state and so these steps can help them experiencing red fog in the first place.

You will receive two documents: one in colour and one in black and white.

You could use this to:

  • Hand to a student who is off-task

  • Hand to a student who needs to reset outside the classroom

  • Aid a reconciliation talk

  • Stick in planners (two-to-a-page/A5) and use in form time before the day begins
