This resource encourages students to think of THREE things about the last FIVE things they studied. I like to use it in poetry: 5 poems, 3 key things/quotes/themes or in literature - 5 characters, three things (theme, quote, context) - the world is your oyster! A lovely visual including metacognitive explanations as to why this is great for recall and long-term memory.
