The Blank Template Hexagon Game

Make your own iconic Hexagon Game! Print as many of each sheet as you need. Best on card/laminated but equally as effective on paper. 

How to use?

1. Print a set for each group. Get the students to cut them out (do NOT spend hours doing this yourself!) and put each set into an unsealed envelope/folder.
2. Give each group of students (but I do find it works best in twos and threes) a pack each.
3. Students start to lay the hexagons out, connecting them together BUT they can only touch if they can explain how they link!  

The hexagon game is SOOOOO fun and engaging, the atmosphere is electric and you will feel so proud hearing all the amazing oracy in the classroom. 

(SIDE NOTE: This resource can be used in so many ways - displays, a game of snap, individual tasks in books, fun starters and plenaries)
