This gratitude well-being check-in was dreamed up when I watched a CPD session from Eton about the power of gratitude. They said they did meditation and a well-being journal every morning and saw HUGE improvements from student behaviour and self-regulation.

Personally, I use this in form-time or if a student is dysregulated: they are laminated and ready to be written on with a mini whiteboard pen.

This resource is brilliant when laminated for re-use! Equally, it could be a fabulous printed resource for planners, form books or back of exercise books.
